Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously measure a body temperature nearer the body temperature of a deep part of a subject.
SOLUTION: This body temperature measuring apparatus includes: a pulsation detecting part 111 for detecting the pulse pressure in the vicinity of a part where a beat exists in the subject over a designated area; a body temperature detecting part 121 provided adjacent to the pulsation detecting part 111; and a basal metabolism condition specifying part 131 for specifying the temperature detected in a region where the maximum pulse pressure is detected among the pulse pressures detected over a designated area as the body temperature.
