A boiler system includes: a boiler body 21 in which boiler water W2 is stored; a discharging part L3 that discharges the boiler water W2; a discharging mode setting means 103 in which one of the first water discharging mode for discharging the boiler water W2 based on combustion time of a burner 27 and a water second discharging mode for discharging the boiler water W2 based on specific electric conductivity can be set as a water discharging mode; and a water discharging mode switching means 104 that when a specific condition about water quality of either the boiler water W2 or supplied water W1 is met, switches the mode from the first water discharging mode into the second water discharging mode when the water discharging mode is set as a normal water discharging mode, and switches the mode from the second water discharging mode into the first water discharging mode when the second water discharging mode is set as a normal water discharging mode.
