Abstract:
To provide a bolt axial force detector capable of simply detecting an axial force generated in a bolt at a low cost and controlling fastening of the bolt, without embedding strain gages into the whole of threaded parts.
A setting hole 13 which extends from the end surface of the bolt 10 in the axial direction, is formed in the bolt 10, and a detection rod 2 is detachably inserted into the setting hole, and a strain gage 5 is arranged inside the detection rod 2. The detection rod 2 is fixed to the bolt 10 integrally so that expansion and contraction changes in a bolt shaft 11 of the bolt 10 are propagated through the detection rod 2, thereby detecting the expansion generated in the bolt shaft 11.
