PURPOSE: To promote the automation of bolt clamping operation at the time of the assembly of machinery and equipment, etc., by holding a ball or projecting thing with a ring-form holding spring, and making it free of pushing out inwards at all times by spring force.
CONSTITUTION: A power thread fastening machine 3 is shifted in the axial direction of a bolt 1 and a bolt head part is made so as to be inserted into a jig 2. A ball 2d is held free of advance or retreat in this jig 2 so as to be pushed out in the jig inner diametral direction by means of a ring-form spring 2f. Therefore, if another ball 2a comes into contact with the bolt head part, this ball 2a comes to hold this bolt head part by dint of the spring force in consequence. In this state intact, the bolt 1 is extracted from a bolt mount 5, shifting it on an internal thread shaft center at a bolt mounting position, and the power thread fastening machine 3 is driven and made contact with the internal thread as rotating it slowly, and thus bolt is screwed in tightly.
