Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt-nut connecting method that can fit a bolt and a nut to a connected member with simple work in the mode of fixing the nut firmly into a specified position on the bolt so as to impede the rotation of the nut on the bolt and can maintain the fitted state over a long period of time, and provide a bolt suited to execute this method, a bolt pulling tool and a nut press-fitting tool.
SOLUTION: A headed bolt 1 is passed through connected members 91, 92, and an internal threaded hole 21 of a nut 2 is press-fitted to a nut press-fitting part 123, protruded on the opposite side, while crushing an internal thread. At the time of press-fitting the nut 2, a tip part 121 of a bolt under head part 12 is pulled by a bolt pulling tool 3 while getting support reaction from the connected member 92. The nut 2 is therefore press-fitted in a stable state with a bolt head 11 brought into contact with the connected member 91, or a reaction nut and a nut press-fitting tool are used to press-fit the object nut to the bolt.
