To provide a bolt capable of carrying out fastening by using a hand tool such as an inexpensive and common driver even in a structure capable of controlling fastening torque.

The bolt includes a head part 2, a shaft part 4 having a male screw 3, a pressing piece 5 protrudedly provided on the shaft part 4, and a collar 7 having an annular space 6 housing the pressing piece 5. The collar 7 is rotatably held in the shaft part 4 in a state of piercing the shaft part 4. The collar 7 is provided with a pressure receiving part 7a oppositely contacting the head part 2, and an engagement piece 8 made of an elastic material faced into a rotation locus of the pressing piece 5 when the shaft part 4 is rotated with respect to the collar 7.
