To provide a book-type transparent holder which prevents a document from falling down by forming a document holder by pasting a transparent sheet or a translucent paper to the inside of a double-folded paper sheet.

The book-type transparent holder is created by sticking the transparent sheet or translucent paper on the paper sheet 1 with a paste 3, wherein the right side and the lower side of the right half of the paper sheet 1 or the left side and the lower side of the left half of the paper sheet 1 is applied with the paste 3 at a width of 5 mm to stick the paper sheet 1 on the transparent sheet 2 or the translucent paper 2, thereby forming a pocket 4. A document is enclosed in the pocket 4 thus formed and the right side or the left side of the paper sheet 1 is folded on the transparent sheet or the translucent paper 2, thus creating a holder which prevents the document from being viewed from outside and scattered.
