To provide a booklet folding device and a booklet issuing device, both providing high usability.
The booklet issuing device includes: a conveying means for conveying a booklet at a first speed while the booklet is opened; a pushing-up means for pushing-up a cover of the booklet by centering around a stitching point; a supporting means for supporting the cover pushed-up by the pushing-up means; a printing means which folds the cover by conveying a back cover of the booklet at a second speed by the conveying means while supporting the cover by the supporting means, and prints on a predetermined page while turning the folded cover by centering about a stitching point by a page-turning means; and an assembling means for assembling the booklets printed by the printing means.
