To provide a booklet-shaped sealed postal letter that increases a sealed letter opening rate, and facilitates a received person to make an application or the like with a postcard after the person opens the sealed letter.
An inside-bound paper sheet 4 is sandwiched between sealed letter front and back covers 2 and 3 such that the sealed letter front and back covers 2 and 3 overlap each other in their three peripheral edges, while the sealed letter front and back covers 2 and 3, and the inside-bound paper sheet 4 are bonded in one side peripheral edge, and are thus integrated by a binding part. In the inside-bound paper sheet 4, a paper sheet 7 for a postcard, partitioned by a perforation 4 for tearing is arranged in the opposite side of the binding part. In the paper sheet 7 for the postcard, a perforation 8 for folding is formed almost in the center in parallel to the one side peripheral edge; on one of the paper sheets for the postcard, divided by the perforation 8 for folding, a re-releasable and re-attachable adhesive 9 is provided; and a release coated paper sheet 10 is releasably attached on the adhesive. The sealed letter front and back covers 2 and 3 are releasably bonded in the portion where the sealed letter front and back covers 2 and 3 overlap each other in their three peripheral edges.
