Abstract:
To accurately control the feeding speed of a drilling rod of boring equipment.SOLUTION: Boring equipment 100 comprises: a drilling rod 10; a rotationally driving mechanism 30 which applies the rotational force to the drilling rod 10 and rotationally drives the drilling rod 10; a linearly driving mechanism 40 which applies the feeding force F along the axial direction to the drilling rod 10 and linearly drives the drilling rod 10; a displacement sensor 81 which detects feeding speed at which the drilling rod 10 moves linearly; and a controller 60 which controls the operations of the rotationally driving mechanism 30 and the linearly driving mechanism 40. The controller 60 performs speed control of controlling the linearly driving mechanism 40 in such a way as to increase the feeding force F when the feeding speed V of the advancement of the drilling rod 10 is less than the target speed Vt, and performs restoration control of controlling the rotationally driving mechanism 30 in such a way as to increase the rotation frequency R of the drilling rod 10 when the feeding force F of the drilling rod 10 exceeds a feeding force upper limit threshold Fu.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
