SOLUTION: A first press part 314 and a second press part 326 formed in a setting and loading port and put alternately into/out of a receiving part 304 by the action of a bottle, the contacts 334A, 336A of limit switches 334, 336 are operated by the action of the bottle, and contact points are switched so that a bottle loading completion signal can be outputted surely when the bottle is loaded, and a bottle absence signal can be outputted when the bottle is not loaded.
