Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the passage properties of a granular chemical from a loading port to a dissolution tank and to prevent the obstruction of the movement of a cylinder blade by an opening/closing mechanism part by the retention and solidification of the chemical for a long period.
SOLUTION: A bracket for supporting a cylinder blade 38 is removed from the inner circumferential surface side of device body 250, a notch part 262 is formed, and a seal member is made to reach the notch part 262 during breakage so that the inside of the device body is made entirely vacant, no resistance force is applied even when a projected palp exists in the seal member, and smooth full opening (about 90 degree opening) is made possible. A granular chemical is not deposited in a way to an agitation tank. Moreover, since the cylinder blade 38 is coated with Teflon, the slide of the granular chemical is good, and the adhesion of a part of the chemical to the inner circumference of the device body 250 can be controlled.
