Abstract:
To provide a bottled carbonated drink which is strong in carbonate irritation taste and keeps an oily taste originated from the carotenoid suppressed though containing carotenoid.
The bottled carbonated drink containing carotenoid and hesperidin is characterized in that a value [H]/A obtained by dividing [H] that is the content (mg/L) of the hesperidin in the bottled carbonated drink by [A] that is the absorbance of the bottled carbonated drink at 450 nm is 48-98. The bottled carbonated drink preferably contains a substance originated from a fruit and/or a substance originated from a vegetable.
