PURPOSE: To provide a bracing plate wherein a bracing can be simply fixed and also even if a tension is imparted to the bracing, it can not be easily disconnected and further even a bracing which is smaller in length than a diagonal of a rectangular frame constituted of a column and lateral material can be firmly fixed.

CONSTITUTION: There are provided a column fixing part 2 to be fixed to an area of the side surface of a column P, with which an end of a bracing S is in contact, and a bracing fixing part 3 which is bent from one side of the part 2 in the form of L so as to be secured to a side surface of the bracing S. On the part 2, there are formed, integrally with the part 2, a plurality of temporary stoppers 4-9, which can be driven into the column by being hit, and a plurality of through holes 2a-2e, into which fixtures such as screws are inserted. A plurality of through holes 3c-3k, into which fixtures such as nails, screws are inserted, are formed in the part 3.
