To provide a bracket fastening structure for a hydraulic breaker, capable of easily and inexpensively maintaining vibration control and soundproof performance, by minimizing a replacing frequency of a cushioning material.
A bracket 32 fixes and supports a hydraulic breaker body 18 by a through-bolt 54. A bush 44 having an inserting hole 48 eccentric to a bolt hole 36 of the bracket 32, is rotatably inserted into the bolt hole 36. The axis CL4 of the through-bolt 54 inserted into the inserting hole 48, is set in a position in close vicinity to the hydraulic breaker body 18. The cushioning material 38 is sandwiched between the hydraulic breaker body 18 and the bracket 32. The hydraulic breaker body 18 is fixed and supported by the bracket 32 via the cushioning material 38 by the through-bolt 54. The bush 44 is fixed by a stopper 60.
