PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase rigidity and strength of a bracket for a vibration-proofing device by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A bracket for vibration-proofing device includes a base plate 12 for attaching a vibration-proofing device body, and a first attachment member 21 that has two plate-like bodies 31 and 32 erected in a vibration-proofing device body attachment position of the base plate 12 in the state of crossing each other and that is connected to one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part.
