Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device for vehicle capable of stopping actuation of an automatic brake in response to the impact of abnormality on the actuation of the automatic brake when abnormality occurs on the vehicle.SOLUTION: A brake device 1 for vehicle comprises: a master cylinder 4 generating hydraulic pressure in response to the operation amount of a brake pedal 2; a vehicle stabilizer 5 generating the hydraulic pressure in response to a hydraulic pressure generation command Ctl1 from a brake control unit 7; and a brake action part 6 generating a brake force to a vehicle 10 corresponding to the hydraulic pressure generated in the master cylinder 4 or the vehicle stabilizer 5. The brake control unit 7 generates the hydraulic pressure in the vehicle stabilizer 5 to actuate automatic brake when a collision detection sensor 24 detects impact, and controls the vehicle stabilizer 5 in response to the impact of abnormality on the actuation of the automatic brake to stop such actuation when detecting abnormality of the vehicle 10 during actuation of automatic brake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
