Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a brake disk excellent in heat radiation with high wearing resistance further with light weight.
CONSTITUTION: A cast iron-made friction plate 16 is immersed in a molten aluminum alloy thus to form an alloy layer for performing alfin junction to an external surface of the friction plate 16. Thereafter, the friction plate 16 formed with an alloy layer 43 is arranged in a gravity casting or high pressure solidification casting metal mold to cast a brake disk 10 by the aluminum alloy.
