Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign matter from being stuck under a brake pedal, and to prevent a foot from sliding under the brake pedal.
SOLUTION: A brake arm 4 is made of a steel pipe, and is formed as an approximately L shape turned over sideways by bending a front part upward, and a brake pedal (foot press part) 5 is welded at a front end. The brake arm 4 is machined to extend gradually from a part 4a bent upward, and the front end part where the brake pedal 5 is welded is extended to form a slightly smaller but similar shape as a bottom face of the brake pedal 5.
