Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly recover the dry powder-like flux dropped without adhering to a body to be coated.
SOLUTION: A flux recovery device 1 is provided below a dry flux application device 2, in which a tip of a rubber spatula 25 is surely brought into contact with a bottom part of a body base 4 by an endless connection body 23 sagged by the weight of the rubber spatula 25, the tip of the rubber spatula 25 is closely attached to each corner of the bottom part of the body base 4, and the powder flux dropped on the bottom part of the body base 4 without adhering to a body to be coated is scraped. The powder-like flux dropped on and adhered to the bottom part of the body base 4 can be recovered in an air chamber 37 before the powder-like flux dropped on the bottom part of the body base 4 is hardened by scraping the flux using the rubber spatula 25 immediately after the flux is dropped on the bottom part of the body base 4 without piling up there.
