PURPOSE: To decrease man-hours for assembly by reducing the number of parts of reinforcing materials and to improve brazability by greatly improving the assembly accuracy of a frame material.
CONSTITUTION: This brazed honeycomb panel is assembled by assembling the plural reinforcing materials 10L, 10W as the frame material, arranging honeycomb cores in this frame material, arranging surface plates respectively on the front and rear surfaces of the frame material and joining the frame material, the honeycomb cores and the surface plates by brazing. The reinforcing material 10L has notches 14 for fitting in its joining parts and the other reinforcing material 10W is provided with projections 17 for fitting in its joining parts. The reinforcing materials are connected and assembled to the frame material by fitting the projections 17 formed at the other reinforcing material 10W into the notches formed at the one reinforcing material 10L.
