To minimize fall of flux while performing excellent brazing by imparting the flux in a refrigerant chamber when brazing a semi-sealing type heat exchanger.
In a brazing method of a heat exchanger, one member 20 has a swollen part 23, and is arranged opposite to the other member 10 while a fin 31 is arranged in a swollen part 23, and by brazing a periphery 25 of the swollen part 23 with the other member 10, a semi-sealing type refrigerant chamber having opening parts 26, 27 is formed, and the fin 31 is brazed. On each or either surface of opposing surfaces of the two members 10, 20, fluoride-based flux particles are jetted on at least a part of a part forming the refrigerant chamber, and at least a part of a brazed part around the refrigerant chamber, and collided therewith at high speed so as to be mechanically deposited, and heated in an inert gas atmosphere to perform the brazing.
