Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To break an object matter to be broken by giving a sufficient impact to the object matter by forming a mount hole in the object matter such as bedrock and mounting a break container in the hole so as to cause expansion force at the time of fusion and vaporization of a metal thin wire to work in radial directions of the mount hole.
SOLUTION: When electric energy is supplied to a metal thin wire 8, the metal thin wire 8 is rapidly fused and vaporized and a substance 3 for breaking is quickly evaporated and expansion force generated at this moment is made to act from a guide opening 19 toward an inner part of a guiding member so that an impact imparting member 22 moves quickly. By this action, collision to a surface of the matter to be broken H1 is made and an impact is applied to the matter to be broken H1 and even the matter to be broken H1 having a plate shape can be broken.
