To obtain a massage effect and a sterilizing effect by providing a brush head part on the lower side of a main body case in which an electric circuit part which has a polarity reversing switch and is adapted to generate pulse voltage, and arranging two lines of electrodes formed by conductive brush bristles on the brush head part.
The lower side of a main body case 2 in which an electric circuit part 1 for generating pulse voltage by a polarity reversing switch is stored is taken as a brush head part 3, and the upper part is taken as a cover common to grip part 4. A brush for the sole of a foot is formed by both parts. Brush bristles 5 formed by Tetron or Nylon fibers are planted in the brush head part 3, and two electrodes 6, 6' formed by conductive brush bristles made by mixing conductive powder such as silver, carbon black or the like in synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like are arranged side by side at a fixed space. By this arrangement, when the sole of a foot is brushed by the brush for the sole of a foot soaked with water, a potential difference is produced in the electrodes 6, 6', thereby sterilizing various bacteria adhering to the electrodes electro-chemically.
