Abstract:
To provide a brushless fan motor which requires only a short time for a waterproof mold section to be cured and leaves no traces of bubbles on the outer surface of the mold section.
In order to prevent air contained in a winding section 3 of the stator 1 from being pulled out of the winding section 3 into a mold section MP, the winding section 3 is coated with a coating section CP which is made of insulating coating material such as silicone-rubber, etc. The whole or the main part of the surface of a circuit substrate 4 facing opposite a substrate housing section 13 is coated in advance with a partially molded section PMP, which is different from the waterproof mold section MP.
