Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bubble tube which has a platinum electrode with non- directional and random fine raggedness, and has small boundary impedance and large dynamic reproducibility, and to provide its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: A platinum-wire is preliminarily heat-treated at 700-900°C and then is dipped in aqua regia for 6-14 hours at ordinary temperature and a platinum electrode 12 is formed by its etching-treatment and the bubble tube 10 is manufactured by including the platinum electrode 12 and a filling liquid 13 containing bubbles of a prescribed size in a glass tube 11. In the bubble tube 10 comprising the filling liquid 13 having the bubbles of the prescribed size, the platinum electrode 12 for electrically detecting an inclined angle and the glass tube 11 including the filling liquid 13 and the platinum electrode, the platinum electrode 12 which is preliminary heat-treated at 700-900°C and then is dipped into the aqua regia for 6-14 hours at the ordinary temperature and is subjected to etching treatment, is used.
