To provide a bubbler made of a pipe, so structured that the bubbler made of the pipe is connected to an air pump 4 through a hose 3, is sunk into a water tank or a pond, supplies air to the inside of the pipe through the hose from the air pump, makes foul water sucked into the pipe 1 from the bottom of the water tank or the pond by utilizing ascending power of the air, and makes oxygen contained in the water, and therefore capable of forming pure water free from sundry germs by decomposing the germs in the foul water with the oxygen, and simultaneously capable of circulating the water to the water surface of the water tank or the pond.

In this bubbler made of the pipe, one of ends of the hose 3 is joined to a hose coupler 2 which is attached to the pipe 1 of the bubbler, and the other end of the hose 3 is joined to a hose coupler 5 of the air pump 4. The bubbler made of the pipe is sunk into the water tank or the pond, and a plug 7 of the air pump 4 is joined to a receptacle to operate the air pump 4, so that the air is supplied to the bubbler.
