Title:
NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED OSCILLATION CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3159238
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a high frequency without using an expensive D/A converter or the like by generating an RTS series corresponding to an oscillated frequency in a pseudo way and giving a series to an SRTS reception circuit so as to oscillate a frequency signal in synchronism with a pulse string.
SOLUTION: An RTS(residual time stamp) value sequence generating means 10 generates an RTS value series according to a setting value given from a setting value input terminal 101 and generates an RTS value sequence to an SRTS(synchronous RTS) reception means 20, which generates a pulse train with a mean period decided by the given RTS value sequence and gives it to a phase synchronization oscillation means 30. The phase synchronization oscillation means 30 is oscillated at a frequency insynchronism with the mean period of the given pulse train and outputs the oscillated signal to an oscillation frequency output terminal 102. Thus, a frequency signal in response to the setting value given to a setting value input terminal 101 is outputted from the oscillating frequency output terminal 102 finally.
