The building for combined culture is constituted of multiple floors, a fish and selfish culture system, and a marine algae culture system having denitrifying action placed on each floor, in a specially arranged manner; the discharge side of the culture water of at least the fish and shellfish culture system is connected to the inlet side of the culture water of the marine algae culture system for making the culture water circulate; the lower floors are provided with a fish and shellfish culture system and/or a marine algae culture system constituted of at least one large-capacity water tank, intermediate floors and upper floors are provided with a pipe-type culture apparatus constituted of at least one intermediate- or small-capacity water tank and/or a plurality of connected pipes, and the top-level floors are provided with a pipe-type culture apparatus constituted of a plurality of connected pipes.
