To provide a method for producing a fish paste product enabling a long storage where its quality is kept even when frozen at higher temperatures than -40C.
The method for producing the fish paste product includes the following process: a cooking process (S11) of cooking marine products and taking out fish meat and the like; a stone mill process (S12) of grinding marine product raw material such as the fish meat to produce meat paste; a molding process (S13) of molding the meat paste into a prescribed shape; a stabilizing process (S14) of gelatinizing the meat paste: a freezing process (S15) of freezing the gelatinized meat paste to generate a frozen half-finished product: a freezing distribution (S16) of distributing the frozen half-finished product; a thawing process (S17) of thawing the freezing half-finished product distributed in freezing; and a heating process (S18) of heating the thawed half-finished product to produce a fish paste product.
