PURPOSE: To permit all-weather construction work by providing a temporary tent for covering the entire building site, removing the temporary tent after completing the construction work of a foundation and an underground floor, constructing an aboveground floor framework and the top floor roof slab, and accomplishing various construction works of above ground floors thereafter.
CONSTITUTION: A temporary tent A is provided to cover the circumference and the top of the entire site of a building after constructing part of the foundation work such as pile driving. An underground structural body and pillars and beams for the first floor are constructed inside the tent A, and the tent A is removed after completetion of the construction work. A framework of pillars and beams is constructed up to the top floor, and thereafter the roof slab RS of the top floor is formed. Thereafter, body construction and equipment work for the aboveground floors are carried out inside the framework F. Finishing work is successively accomplished from the floor where the body construction and equipment work are completed. Thus construction period can be shortened sharply, because construction work can be performed under all- weather, and noise to the outside and the like can be prevented.
