Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a building having aseismicity, fire resistance and wind resistance.
SOLUTION: The building-structure foundation member has a hollow conduit disposed in the longitudinal direction in at least one of supporting section for holding a sill section and a utility supply facility, openings in the supporting sections for permitting approach to the hollow conduit and the utility supply facility and a connecting means operated so as to be deformed elastically when seismic force is imposed to a member as to connecting means for connecting the member to an adjacent similar member.
