A building structure (100) comprises a roof (110) having a top surface (113) and the top surface adapted to store shipping containers. At least one floor (120) is positioned beneath the roof, and at least one shipping container handling equipment (114) is mounted on the top surface. The shipping container handling equipment (114) is adapted to move the shipping containers onto and off of the roof (110).
