To provide a system for estimating a ventilating state and a temperature state in a building with high accuracy by calculating a ventilation circuit network while considering influence by heat transfer and heat generation.
This system for estimating a temperature of each room in the building and the ventilation amount between the rooms or between the inside and outside of the building at an optional time, as a typical constitution of the system for estimating the temperature and ventilation of the building, includes an input means for inputting house-by-house data including the shape of each room and an opening section, and weather data including a wind velocity and an outside air temperature, a calculating means for calculating the temperature and the ventilation amount of each room at every prescribed time interval, and an output means for outputting a result of the calculation, the ventilation amount is calculated, the temperature of each room is calculated on the basis of incoming and outgoing amounts of heat between the room while considering the transfer of heat in accompany with the air by the ventilation and the difference in heat capacities of a wall of each room and the opening section, and the ventilation amount and the temperature are alternately calculated and converged several times at every prescribed time interval, and thus the ventilation amount and the temperature are calculated.
