Abstract:
To provide a building water penetration prevention structure capable of preventing water penetration into a building from waterproof sheets adhered to heat-insulating surface materials such as exterior wall insulation when flooding around the building due to inland flooding, and the like.SOLUTION: A building water penetration prevention structure 1 includes: a foundation 11 of a building; a base 12 fixed onto the foundation; multiple pillars 2 fixed onto the base 12; a crossbar 21 fixed to the outdoor side of base 12; multiple pieces of exterior wall insulation 31 placed on the crossbar 21 over the outdoor side of the multiple pillars 2; an indoor elastic adhesive sealant 41 applied from the bottom of the joint and exterior wall insulation 31 over the exterior face of the crossbar 21 between two pieces exterior wall insulation 31; multiple breathable waterproof sheets 32 applied to the outdoor surface of the exterior wall insulation 31 and crossbar 21 with the indoor elastic adhesive sealant 41; and an outdoor side elastic adhesive sealant 42 that is applied in an area from the joint between the breathable waterproof sheets 32 and the lower edge side of the breathable waterproof sheet 32 up to the outdoor surface of crossbar 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
