Abstract:
To provide a building that can be supported on an underground outer wall receiving earth pressure and can suppress the possibility of occurrence of shear failure in the underground outer wall even when a vertical relative deformation difference occurs in a column-beam rigid frame.SOLUTION: An underground building frame 2 is provided with a column-beam rigid frame and an underground outer wall 4. The underground outer wall 4 is installed on an outer side X1 of an outer peripheral column 10 located on the outermost side of the column-beam rigid frame in a plan view, and an underground outer wall support part 5 is provided to support the underground outer wall 4 receiving earth pressure on the outer side X1 by abutting on an inner surface F1 of the underground outer wall 4. The underground outer wall support part 5 is fixed to a column-beam rigid frame 3 and is brought into contact with the inner surface of the underground outer wall 4 in a state of allowing the vertical movement of the underground outer wall 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
