Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having an explosion resistant property with high safety when an explosion occurs.
SOLUTION: The building 10 separating an inside area into an explosive danger area 20 and other area 30 by a plurality of partition plates 14 arranged in the shape of a layer so as to surround a pressure relief opening 12a is so constituted that the structure skeleton and the partition wall 13 are formed by having specified design strength resistible to the maximum pressure value acting on the inside of the explosive danger area when the pressure relief opening is opened and that each partition plate has the specified design reference strength destructible with pressure value acting on the inside of the explosive danger area before the pressure relieve opening is opened.
