Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional roaster that is inner parts are deteriorated or air in the room is polluted by a soot sucked in air intake port for cooling provided in the vicinity of an exhaust port because of natural convection exhausting.
SOLUTION: This is a built-in type induction heating cooker, where a ventilation path leading to outside is made of an exhaust case 31, a fan case 32, and an exhaust duct 35, in a roaster case 29, and which forcibly exhausts the oil smoke generated in cooking with a suction fan 33 provided in the fan case 32.
