Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly maintain carrying capacity of constant quantity without dispersion of bulk material discharge quantity onto a conveyor regardless of moving speed of the conveyor and rotating speed of a wheel as well as a fine difference of discharge capacity of an individual wheel blade on a bulk material discharge device. SOLUTION: A bulk material discharge device is constituted to discharge a bulk material 2 in a storage tank 1 onto a conveyor 7 arranged along a discharge port 40 below a bottom plate 4 by rotating a wheel 5 as the wheel 5 free to horizontally rotate is connected to a drive device arranged on the bottom plate 4 of the storage tank 1. A unifying plate 9 to unify quantity of the bulk material 2 on the conveyor 7 is provided in front in the forwarding direction of the conveyor 7 of the wheel 5 as well as above the conveyor 7.
