Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk packing box that prevents distorted deformation of a cardboard box or a body made of cardboard.SOLUTION: A bulk packing box 1 has a dual structure where a sleeve 8 is included in a body 2. A plastic inner bag filled with an unshaped material is accommodated in a space 8A partitioned by a pair of lid boxes 3 and the sleeve 8. In the space 8A, the sleeve 8 made of cardboard is uniformly pressed in its circumferential direction by the unshaped material via the inner bag. The sleeve 8 has the same bending strength in its circumferential direction, and thus the unshaped material accommodated in the inner bag can be supported evenly by the same magnitude of counterforce. Therefore, distorted deformation of the sleeve 8 inside the dual structure is prevented. Further, since the sleeve 8 is inscribed in the body 2 made of cardboard, the sleeve 8 spreads between the body 2 and the sleeve 8 constituting the dual structure and thus the distorted deformation of the body 2 is also prevented.
