Abstract:
To make a prime mover by mounting floats linked by a rod passing through a drum mounted in a cylindrical cylinder, moving the floats on a casing internal surface of the cylindrical cylinder by rotation or sliding and generating rotational force in the drum.
Liquid is put in the cylindrical cylinder. A vacuum or liquid with light specific gravity is put in the floats, or the floats are made of materials with light specific gravity. By utilizing buoyancy in this invention, the prime mover without requiring energy such as fuel and electricity, etc., is invented.
