Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property by molding a form main body with a panel-like core made of resin mortar and surface reinforcing layers made of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic and formed on both faces of the core, and arranging lugs on one face of the form main body.
SOLUTION: Surface reinforcing layers 12 made of a glass fiber-reinforced plastic are stuck to both faces of a core 11 made of resin mortar, and it is heat/pressure-molded from both faces to form a form main body 13. Crushed stone gravels are distributively arranged on one face of the form main body 13 as concrete fixing lugs 14 to form a buried form 10. The mixing ratios of the resin mortar forming the core 11 are set to a synthetic resin 10-20 wt.%, a filler 10-20 wt.%, and a fine aggregate 60-80 wt.%. The mixing ratios of the surface reinforcing layers 12 are set to the synthetic resin 20-40 wt.%, the filler 30-70 wt.%, and glass fibers 10-30 wt.%. A concrete structure excellent in durability can be constructed at a low cost.
