Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a second flame lift on an burner port side and attain low noise combustion in a burner device where burner ports which burn a highly concentrated pre-mixed gas are laid out to adjoin burner ports which burn low concentrated pre-mixed gas.
CONSTITUTION: A communication hole 6 is installed to the upper part of a highly concentrated pre-mixed gas flow passage 5 while a raised piece of plate 10 is formed on a side wall of a low concentrated pre-mixed gas flow passage 7 opposed to the penetration 6. A part of the highly concentrated pre-mixed gas is introduced into the gas flow passage 7 along the raised piece of plate 10 from the side of the gas flow passage 5. The introduced highly concentrated pre-mixed gas is mixed with the low concentrated pre-mixed gas on the side of the gas flow passage 7, thereby producing a middle-concentrated pre-mixed gas. This middle-concentrated pre-mixed gas is supplied to the contour side of the second flames 12 from the root side of the second flames 12, thereby preventing the lift of the second flames 12 and reducing combustion noise.
