PURPOSE: To remove the burrs of a fork back face over the whole face of an aluminum foil all at once, by orthogonally pressing a rotating brush which relatively rotates with the aluminum foil to the fork back face of the aluminum foil rotated inside the horizontal plane by a rotating table and removing the burr.
CONSTITUTION: Truncated conical rotating brushes 11 are provided on a triaxial positioning mechanism by a linear movement lift mechanism 9, linear traverse motion mechanism 10 and vertical face revolving mechanism 19, and the rotating brush 11 is faced to the fork 31 of the aluminum foil 15 which is fixed, with its back upward, to a rotating table 13 on the horizontal plane. The burrs of the fork back face edge are then removed by relatively rotating the aluminum foil 15 and rotating brush 11.
