Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method by which a burred hole is formed in the same stage as the hydraulic forming of the cylindrical member for the purpose of performing the highly accurate and economical burring of the cylindri cal member.
SOLUTION: In a working method by which the burring is performed on the cylindrical member 11 after performing the hydraulic forming into a prescribed shape by pressurizing the inside of the cylindrical member 11 with a liquid, a projecting part 6 which is projectedly to outside the cylindrical member 11 is preliminarily formed with internal hydraulic pressure P and, after that, the burring is performed by advancing a burring punch 1 to the projecting part 6.
