Abstract:
To decrease power consumption of drivers, when data are transferred to a plurality of signal lines constituting a data bus.
A bus signal line, connecting section for connecting the signal lines, is provided between respective pairs of signal lines. A determining circuit for instructing connection according to data to be transferred is provided for each pair. By this instruction, the power consumption of the drivers can be decreased due to an increase in mirror effect.
