Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely prevent bus fight till just before the power supply is made stable by supplying an output control signal when the power voltage of an output buffer being driver of a bus line reaches a prescribed voltage or above. CONSTITUTION:Output buffers 1-1-1-n are 3-state drivers and send a data onto a bus line. In supplying the output control signal to a control terminal of the output buffers 1-1-1-n, any of data A N is sent onto the bus line. Output control signal control circuits 2-1-2-n control the inputted output control signals to be supplied to the output buffers 1-1-1-n respectively when the power voltage reaches a prescribed voltage or above. Thus, it is possible to prevent bus fight at the application of power.
