A bush 24 is vertically precompressed by a bracket 18. A through-hole 28 through which a stabilizer 32 is arranged in an insertion state is formed in the bush 24. The through-hole 28 is formed in a vertically long oblong shape. Thereby, a bearing exerted on a stabilizer 32 in a state after precompression (after assembly) can be made uniform. This constitution prevents the generation of noise, the occurrence of local wear, and mixture of a foreign matter due to a stick slip.
