To make performable a button fastening with a favorable finish precision even when a bedding is hard like a leather product, or the bedding is considerably thick by constituting a button fastening device in such a manner that a lower hole is made on the bedding at a first location, and then, a male button and a female button are fastened at a second location.

Then, a lid section 8 of a movable loading body 5 is turned downward, and the cushion is pinched between the loading section 7 and the lid section 8. In this state, a hole opening device 100 is operated, and four hole opening tools 48 are moved upward, and a hole which penetrates the cushion in the vertical direction is made. Then, the movable loading body 5 is moved to a second location 47, and the upper button fastening device 28 is depressed there, and the male and female buttons are fastened by a cooperation with the lower button fastening device 72.
