PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of manufacturing and assembly, by integrally forming of a synthetic resin a pair of side plates and a supporting plate arranged on the lower sides of the side plates, arranging bearings or engaged parts at the upper ends of the side plates so as to be made to serve as guide members, and integrally forming between the upper parts of the side plates, a cover member which is formed of a synthetic resin having no fusing property to the guide member and has a bearing and an engaging part.
SOLUTION: A guide member 7 is formed in such a manner that a pair of opposed side plates 11, 13 and a supporting plate 15 through which the lower parts of the side plates 11, 13 are connected to each other are integrally formed in an upward U-shape, and legs 11a, 13a are formed on the lower parts of the side plates 11, 13 below the guide member 7. A cover member 9 formed of a synthetic resin having no welding characteristic against the guide member 7 is integrally formed between the curved parts 11b, 13b of the side plates 11, 13. The cover member 9 is formed under a non-fusing condition against the guide members 7, 7', therefore a fitting part 9b and an engaging part 9c can be removed from a recess 13c and an engaged part 13d, respectively, and a bearing 9a can be rotated against a pivoting part 11c. Hereby, the guide members and the cover member can be integrally formed, thus the efficiency of manufacturing and assembly can be improved.
